WITH SHOWERS HAVING EXITED THE MID STATE, PATCHY FOG HAS BEGUN TO
DEVELOP AS A RESULT OF THE WET GROUND AND CALM WINDS. THROUGH
SUNRISE, THE THICKEST FOG WILL OCCUR ALONG THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU,
WHERE VISIBILITIES MAY DROP TO A QUARTER MILE, CREATING HAZARDOUS
DRIVING CONDITIONS FOR EARLY MORNING MOTORISTS. ELSEWHERE, FOG
WILL BE LESS DENSE, WITH VISIBILITIES RESTRICTED TO BETWEEN 1 AND
3 MILES IN AFFECTED AREAS.
