A BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EASTWARD ACROSS
MIDDLE TENNESSEE AS WE GO THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE EVENING.
AT 10 PM...THE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM WESTMORELAND SOUTHWEST
THROUGH NASHVILLE...FAIRVIEW...HOHENWALD AND LAWRENCEBURG INTO
NORTHWEST ALABAMA. THE THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO
REMAIN BELOW SEVERE LIMITS AS IT MOVES EASTWARD AT 35 MPH...HOWEVER
IT IS POSSIBLE ONE OR TWO STORMS COULD BECOME STRONG WITH GUSTY
WINDS TO 35 MPH AND PEA SIZE HAIL. THE STORMS HAVE ENDED IN
NORTHWEST MIDDLE TENNESSEE...WITH THE LEADING EDGE OF THE MUCH
COLDER AIR FIXING TO ENTER STEWART AND BENTON COUNTIES.
TEMPERATURES OVERNIGHT WILL PLUNGE FROM THE 70 DEGREE READINGS WE
HAD THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE LOW TO MID 40S BY DAYBREAK THANKSGIVING
MORNING. NOT MUCH RISE IN TEMPERATURES ON THANKSGIVING DAY...WITH
HIGHS IN THE 40S.
