.NOW...
AT 1245 AM...BROKEN TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE
CONCENTRATED OVER CENTRAL PORTIONS OF MIDDLE TN. THE STRONGEST
THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM LAFAYETTE TO WATERTOWN. THESE STORMS WERE
MOVING TO THE EAST AT 35 MPH AND WILL REACH CELINA...GAINESBORO AND
COOKEVILLE BETWEEN 115 AM AND 2 AM. THE HEAVY RAINFALL ASSOCIATED
WITH THESE STRONGER STORMS WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES AND CAUSE
PONDING OF THE WATER ON THE ROADWAYS WHICH WILL MAKE FOR DIFFICULT
DRIVING CONDITIONS FOR MOTORISTS.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO 1 INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER
STORMS.
