AT 634 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING
SCATTERED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 8 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF SPRINGFIELD TO 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF MURFREESBORO TO 10
MILES NORTHEAST OF SMITHVILLE TO SPARTA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
THE STRONGEST STORMS IN THIS LINE WERE LOCATED OVER SOUTHERN
WILSON...WESTERN PUTNAM AND WESTERN WHITE COUNTIES.
PEOPLE SHOULD MONITOR THE WEATHER SITUATION CLOSELY. LISTEN FOR
POSSIBLE WARNINGS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION SHOULD
SEVERE WEATHER THREATEN.
PEA SIZE HAIL...AND WINDS AROUND 40 MPH COULD OCCUR WITH THESE
STORMS.
