YESTERDAY AFTERNOON SURPASSING THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 85 SET IN
1907. CROSSVILLE AIRPORT HIT 82 DEGREES WHICH EXCEEDED THE PREVIOUS
RECORD OF 76 SET IN 1959 AND WAS ALSO THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE RECORDED
FOR MARCH.
SEVERAL OTHER LOCATIONS EXCEEDED THEIR PREVIOUS HIGH TEMPERATURE FOR
