EASTERN THIRD OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE AND OVER PORTIONS OF THE
CUMBERLAND PLATEAU. AT 810 PM...THE BACK EDGE OF THE RAIN WAS JUST
EAST OF A CELINA TO MCMINNVILLE LINE...WITH DRY CONDITIONS EXPECTED
TO PUSH TO THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU BY 1000 PM.
ADDITIONAL RAIN TOTALS ACROSS THE AREA ARE EXPECTED TO AVERAGE
BETWEEN A QUARTER AND A HALF INCH. A FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT
FOR MUCH OF EASTERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE THIS EVENING...DUE TO RUNOFF
FROM THE HEAVY RAINS EARLIER TODAY. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING THROUGH AN
ADVISORY AREA SHOULD AVOID LOW LYING AREAS WHERE WATER OF UNKNOWN
DEPTH COVERS THE ROAD...AND TAKE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.
