THE ACTIVITY WILL MOVE TO THE EAST AT AROUND 25 MPH. THROUGH 130
PM...THE BULK OF THE DEVELOPMENT WILL BE ACROSS THE WESTERN TWO
THIRDS OF THE MID STATE.
