EASTERN PARTS OF THE MID STATE THROUGH 5 PM. THE STORMS WILL CAUSE
BRIEF VERY HEAVY RAINS AND GUSTY WINDS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL
AVERAGE LESS THAN ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH. SMALL HAIL IS POSSIBLE WITH
THE STRONGEST STORMS. THE SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL MOVE TO THE
NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
