SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP ACROSS MIDDLE
TENNESSEE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE STORMS WILL MOVE
SLOWLY...SO LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS OVER 1 INCH CAN BE
EXPECTED. SOME STRONG STORMS ARE POSSIBLE...WITH GUSTY WINDS OVER 40
MPH AND SMALL HAIL. AREAS NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40 ARE THE MOST LIKELY
TO SEE STRONG STORMS. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL DEVELOP OVER
SOUTHERN KENTUCKY...AND GRADUALLY MOVE INTO THE NORTHERN
COUNTIES OF THE MID STATE BETWEEN NOW AND 9 PM.
