OVER SOUTHWEST MIDDLE TENNESSEE. MOST OF THE RAIN ACTIVITY WILL
OCCUR SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40 AND WEST OF INTERSTATE 65. WHERE RAINFALL
DOES OCCUR RAINFALL RATES WILL BE LESS THAN ONE TENTH OF AN INCH
PER HOUR. PRECIPITATION WILL MOVE TO THE EAST AROUND 20 MPH.
