MORNING. NORTH OF THIS BOUNDARY...LOOK FOR TEMPERATURES TO BE IN
THE UPPER 40S AND LOWER 50S IN SUCH PLACES AS CLARKSVILLE...PORTLAND
AND SPRINGFIELD. THE BOUNDARY WILL SAG SOUTHWARD LATER THIS
MORNING TO ABOUT INTERSTATE 40 AROUND NOON.
