TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF
NORTHERN ALABAMA
NORTHERN GEORGIA
FAR WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA
MIDDLE AND EASTERN TENNESSEE
EFFECTIVE THIS TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING FROM 805 PM
UNTIL 200 AM CDT.
TORNADOES...HAIL TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND
GUSTS TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE
AREAS.
THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 65 STATUTE
MILES NORTH AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 40 MILES NORTHWEST OF MUSCLE
SHOALS ALABAMA TO 50 MILES EAST SOUTHEAST OF CROSSVILLE
