A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR NORTHERN MIDDLE
TENNESSEE...NORTH OF A LINE FROM CAMDEN...TO GALLATIN...TO
BYRDSTOWN.
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR STEWART COUNTY
UNTIL 330 AM. THIS STORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE BRIEF WIND
GUSTS TO 60 MPH...WHICH COULD PRODUCE STRUCTURAL DAMAGE AND
DAMAGE TO TREES. LARGE HAIL IS ALSO POSSIBLE. HEAVY DOWNPOURS
WILL LIKELY CAUSE PONDING OF WATER IN LOW LYING AREAS. DOPPLER
RADAR INDICATES THAT SOME PARTS OF NORTHERN STEWART COUNTY HAVE
ALREADY RECEIVED OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN TONIGHT...AND ANY
ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL INCREASE PONDING OF WATER.
OTHER SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR THROUGH 400 AM
OVER OTHER PARTS OF NORTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE...BETWEEN
CLARKSVILLE AND BYRDSTOWN.
