.COLD AND DRY AIR CONTINUES TO POUR INTO THE MID STATE FROM THE
CENTRAL PLAINS. THE CLOUD COVER WILL DISSIPATE AS WINDS DIMINISH...
ALLOWING TEMPERATURES TO DROP INTO THE LOW TO MID 30S FOR MOST OF
THE AREA. THE COLDEST READINGS WILL OCCUR IN SHELTERED AREAS ALONG
AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40 AND OVER PARTS OF THE CUMBERLAND
PLATEAU. SOME RURAL LOCATIONS WILL FALL TO FREEZING OR EVEN A
COUPLE OF DEGREES COLDER.

SKIES AND DIMINISHING WINDS WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO DROP BELOW
