A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO MIDDLE TENNESSEE TONIGHT.
SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AHEAD
OF THE FRONT THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE SEVERE...WITH DAMAGING WINDS. AN ISOLATED
TORNADO CANNOT BE RULED OUT.
WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP IN HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF THE
CUMBERLAND PLATEAU AFTER MIDNIGHT.
RAIN MAY MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO SNOW AFTER MIDNIGHT IN WEST MIDDLE
TENNESSEE...AS FAR EAST AS METRO NASHVILLE TOWARD DAYBREAK. GROUND
TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN ABOVE FREEZING...WITH LITTLE OR
NO SNOW ACCUMULATION.
