SOUTH OF TENNESSEE...AND WILL LIKELY BE MID MORNING TO MID AFTERNOON
TIME FRAME. AREAS IN THE MID STATE LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED...IF AT
ALL...WILL BE SOTUH AND WEST OF A CLARKSIVELL TO COALMONT LINE.
