SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS PARTS OF
MIDDLE TENNESSEE THROUGH MID MORNING. THE GREATEST RAIN CHANCES WILL
BE FOUND ALONG AND NORTH OF I 40...INCLUDING LOCATIONS SUCH AS
NASHVILLE...HARTSVILLE...COOKEVILLE...CROSSVILLE AND LIVINGSTON.
SOAKING DOWNPOURS...OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING AND WINDS TO 30 MPH CAN BE
EXPECTED WITH THE THUNDERSTORMS. MUCH OF THE RAIN WILL TAPER OFF BY
10 AM...BUT A FEW THUNDERSTORMS MAY REDEVELOP DURING THE LATE MORNING
AND AFTERNOON ACROSS THE MID STATE. SOME OF THE AFTERNOON STORMS
COULD BECOME SEVERE.
