THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED AN URBAN AND
SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM CDT THURSDAY
EVENING FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES
IN TENNESSEE
EXTREME NORTHEAST WILLIAMSON...NORTHWESTERN RUTHERFORD
AND EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN DAVIDSON
AT 539 PM CDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
RAIN IN THE NOLENSVILLE...LAVERGNE AND SMRYNA AREA. RADAR INDICATES
MORE THAN 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
