STRONGEST STORMS ARE EXPECTED NEAR THE ALABAMA BORDER. PRECIPITATION
WILL BE STEADY OR SLOWLY MOVE SOUTHWEST. BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL...GUSTY
WINDS AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING WILL BE POSSIBLE.
