FOR THE HARPETH RIVER AT FRANKLIN...
AFFECTING THESE COUNTIES IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE: DAVIDSON...WILLIAMSON.
HARPETH RIVER AT FRANKLIN...
* FLOOD STAGE: 21 FEET.
* LATEST STAGE: 20.4 FEET AND RISING AT 8 AM MONDAY.
* RIVER FORECAST: FORECAST TO CREST BETWEEN 21 AND 22 FEET LATER
THIS MORNING.
* FLOOD CATEGORY: THESE LEVELS WILL PRODUCE MINOR FLOODING.
AT THESE LEVELS...FLOOD WATERS REACH LOW LYING AREAS ALONG THE BANKS, INCLUDING
THE THE CITY PARK.
IF POSSIBLE...AVOID AREAS NEAR THE HARPETH RIVER. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS AND REMEMBER...NEVER DRIVE THROUGH WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH.
