...SNOW EXPECTED ACROSS SOUTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE LATE TONIGHT
AND EARLY MONDAY MORNING...
A WEATHER DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS TO THE
SOUTHEAST STATES LATE TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY. THIS WILL
BRING A CHANCE FOR LIGHT SNOW INTO SOUTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE.
THE SNOW COULD ACCUMULATE UP TO ONE INCH ACROSS WAYNE...LAWRENCE AND
GILES COUNTIES...LATE TONIGHT AND EARLY MONDAY MORNING...WITH A
DUSTING POSSIBLE IN ADJACENT COUNTIES JUST TO THE NORTH OF THIS
AREA. RESIDENTS IN SOUTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE
ALABAMA BORDER...SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS LATE
TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.
THE NORTHERN COUNTIES OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE WILL HAVE ONLY A CHANCE
FOR SNOW FLURRIES AS THE STORM SYSTEM PASSES TO THE SOUTH.
