ALONG AND SOUTH OF A LOBELVILLE...TO CENTERVILLE...TO SPRING HILL
LINE WILL PRODUCE RAINFALL EXCEEDING TWO INCHES. CELLS WILL MOVE
SOUTHEAST AROUND 20 MPH.
