THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU HAS BEGUN TO DEVELOP WESTWARD INTO CUMBERLAND
COUNTY OVER THE PAST HOUR. VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT IS DETECTED. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS ARE GENERALLY LESS THAN ONE QUARTER INCH PER HOUR. OTHER
ISOLATED SHOWERS WERE NOTED IN SMITH COUNTY...ALSO MOVING VERY
LITTLE. EXPECT ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO CONTINUE
TO POP UP OVER THE COURSE OF THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.
