INCH. LOCATIONS EXPECTED TO HAVE VERY LIGHT RAIN INCLUDE PORTLAND...
COOKEVILLE...CROSSVILLE AND LIVINGSTON. THIS RAIN SHOULD MOVE EAST
OF THE MID STATE BY 500 PM. OTHER ISOLATED SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS
COULD DEVELOP OVER NORTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE DURING THE AFTERNOON.
