THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED AN URBAN AND
SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 AM CDT THURSDAY
MORNING FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES
IN TENNESSEE
CENTRAL DAVIDSON AND NORTHERN WILSON
AT 800 AM CDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL FROM THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE FROM NASHVILLE TO MT JULIET.
THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN WILSON COUNTY...AND
PRODUCE ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
