...A SEVERE WEATHER OUTBREAK IS POSSIBLE IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE
ON FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT...
WARM AND UNSTABLE AIR AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT WILL SET
THE STAGE FOR A POSSIBLE SEVERE WEATHER OUTBREAK FRIDAY AFTERNOON
AND NIGHT. NORTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE IS IN A MODERATE RISK WHILE
THE SOUTH HAS A HIGH POTENTIAL OF SEVERE WEATHER. DAMAGING WIND AND
LARGE HAIL ARE THE MAIN THREAT BUT ISOLATED TORNADOES MAY ALSO
DEVELOP.
IT IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA TO PLAN AHEAD FOR BAD WEATHER. YOU SHOULD
CHECK TO BE SURE YOU HAVE FRESH BATTERIES IN YOUR WEATHER RADIO...AS
WELL AT LEAST ONE FLASHLIGHT.
STAY ABREAST OF THIS STILL DEVELOPING POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS
SITUATION.
