SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 14 MILES WEST OF SPENCER...OR
ABOUT 8 MILES NORTHEAST OF MCMINNVILLE...AND MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
