IL OVER THE PAST HOUR OR SO. HOWEVER...WITH THIS BOW NOW MOVING
INTO MORE STABLE AIRMASS OVER IL...EXPECT STORMS TO WEAKEN OVER THE
NEXT HALF HOUR OR SO.
