THROUGH MIDNIGHT THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OVER THE
EAST HALF OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE. MOVEMENT IS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 35 TO
40 MILES AN HOUR.
SURFACE WINDS WILL BE OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH GUSTING UP
TO 30 MILES AN HOUR. RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN THE HEAVIER STORMS COULD BE
AS MUCH AS A QUARTER TO A HALF AN INCH PER HOUR. MOTORISTS SHOULD
BE CAREFUL OF PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS.
