THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A
* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
HICKMAN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE
* UNTIL 615 PM CST
* AT 515 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND
DESTRUCTIVE WINDS IN EXCESS OF 80 MPH. THIS LINE OF STORMS WAS LOCATED 20
MILES WEST OF CENTERVILLE...OR ABOUT 13 MILES SOUTH OF WAVERLY...AND
MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. DAMAGE HAS BEEN REPORTED ALONG THIS LINE.
A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. IF A TORNADO
IS SPOTTED... ACT QUICKLY AND MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IN A STURDY
STRUCTURE...SUCH AS A BASEMENT OR SMALL INTERIOR ROOM.
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE
IMMEDIATELY FOR DAMAGING WINDS...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...AND DEADLY CLOUD
