THROUGH 430 PM...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...SOME STRONG...WILL
DEVELOP AND MOVE OVER THE EASTERN HALF OF THE MID STATE. THE
STRONGEST STORMS WILL DEVELOP NEAR THE KENTUCKY TENNESSEE STATE LINE
AND MOVE INTO CLAY AND MACON COUNTIES. SMALL HAIL AND DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING WILL OCCUR WITH THESE STORMS. STORMS WILL MOVE TO THE
SOUTHEAST AROUND 10 MPH. BECAUSE OF THIS SLOW MOVEMENT PONDING OF
WATER IS LIKELY IN LOW LYING AREAS.
