THROUGH 5 PM...SCATTERED AREAS OF RAIN SHOWERS WITH AN ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORM OR TWO WILL MOVE THROUGH THE WESTERN HALF OF THE MID
STATE. THE HEAVIEST ACTIVITY WILL OCCUR IN THE SOUTHWEST SECTION
OF THE MID STATE. WHERE PRECIPITATION DOES OCCUR RAINFALL RATES WILL
AVERAGE AROUND ONE TENTH OF AN INCH PER HOUR WITH ONE QUARTER OF
AN INCH OCCURRING IN THE HEAVIER STORMS. PRECIPITATION WILL MOVE TO THE
NORTHEAST AROUND 20 MPH.
