SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING NICKEL SIZE HAIL. THIS
STORM WAS LOCATED 14 MILES SOUTHWEST OF RURAL HILL...OR ABOUT 8
MILES NORTHEAST OF FRANKLIN...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.
