ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF CARTHAGE TO 7
MILES SOUTHWEST OF CARTHAGE...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 7
MILES SOUTHEAST OF HARTSVILLE TO 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CARTHAGE...
