ARE LESS THAN ONE TENTH INCH PER HOUR IN THE PLATEAU AREA.
CINDY CONTINUES MOVING NORTHEASTWARD AT 15 MPH OVER THE PAST
FEW HOURS. RAIN WILL GRADUALLY PULL EASTWARD AND AWAY FROM
THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON BEFORE ENDING THIS EVENING. A
FEW SHOWERS MAY EVEN POP UP OVER CENTRAL MIDDLE TENNESSEE
