AT 200 AM...RAIN ASSOCIATED WITH TROPICAL DEPRESSION CINDY HAS
PUSHED INTO THE LOWER PLATEAU COUNTIES IN THE PAST HOUR. RAINFALL
RATES ARE AROUND ONE TENTH INCH PER HOUR. CINDY HAS BEEN MOVING
NORTHEASTWARD AT 15 MPH OVER THE PAST 12 HOURS. RAIN WILL CONTINUE
TO INVADE THE PLATEAU AREA AS THE STORM MOVES FURTHER NORTHEASTWARD.
A FEW SCATTERED SHOWERS MAY EVEN POP UP OVER CENTRAL MIDDLE
TENNESSEE THIS MORNING.
