SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 8 MILES WEST OF WATERTOWN...OR
ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTH OF LEBANON...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
