AT 1220 PM...NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE FROM
CLAY TO PICKETT TO FENTRESS AND CUMBERLAND COUNTIES SOUTHWEST TO
THE ALABAMA BORDER. MOVEMENT IS TOWARD THE EAST AROUND 25 MILES
AN HOUR. RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN THESE STORMS WILL GENERALLY FALL AT THE
RATE OF UP TO ONE INCH PER HOUR WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS IN STRONGER
STORMS. DAMAGING WINDS AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING STRIKES ACCOMPANY
THESES STORMS.
