FENTRESS AND CUMBERLAND COUNTIES SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST TO THE
ALABAMA BORDER. MOVEMENT IS TOWARD THE EAST SOUTHEAST AROUND 25 MPH.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN THESE STORMS WILL GENERALLY FALL AT THE RATE OF
ONE INCH PER HOUR WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS IN STRONGER STORMS.
