.LIGHT WINDS AND HIGH SURFACE MOISTURE WILL KEEP AREAS OF DENSE FOG
IN THE UPPER PLATEAU UNTIL 8 AM CST. TEMPERATURES WILL BE
SUBFREEZING...SO A FREEZING FOG ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED. THE
DENSE FOG WILL BE SHORT LIVED AS SOUTH WINDS AND WARMER AIR
QUICKLY SPREAD TO THE REGION AFTER DAYBREAK.
