THROUGH 400 AM...RAINFALL RATES OVER MID TENNESSEE WILL RANGE FROM
ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF INCH PER HOUR. POCKETS OF HEAVY RAINFALL
WILL PRODUCE OVER 1 INCH PER HOUR. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL IS LIKELY
ALONG AND WEST OF INTERSTATE 65. WIND SPEEDS FROM 30 TO 40 MPH...
AND GUSTING OVER 50 MPH AT TIMES WILL CAUSE SOME TREES TO FALL...
RESULTING IN SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES.
TRAVELERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR WATER ON AREA ROADS. DO NOT DRIVE
THROUGH WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. ALSO...TREE LIMBS AND OTHER DEBRIS
