TONIGHT AS IT MOVES NORTHWARD ACROSS EASTER MISSISSIPPI. KATRINA
IS FORECAST TO MAINTAIN TROPICAL STORM STRENGTH AS IT CROSSES NEAR
THE TENNESSEE RIVER...IN WESTERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE...LATE TONIGHT
AND TUESDAY. WINDS WILL INCREASE TO TROPICAL STORM FORCE OVER
