THROUGH 1 AM...YOU CAN EXPECT SCATTERED RAINSHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS TO CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER THE MID STATE. MOST OF THE
STRONGER ACTIVITY WILL OCCUR NEAR AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40.
THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUS LIGHTNING HAIL AND
TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS OF RAIN. SOME OF THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS
WILL PRODUCE ONE INCH OR MORE OF RAIN IN A BRIEF PERIOD OF TIME.
MOTORISTS SHOULD BE AWARE OF PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND OF
REDUCED VISIBILITIES. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND
10 MPH.
