THROUGH 645 PM...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...SOME POSSIBLE
SEVERE...WILL CONTINUE ACROSS MIDDLE TENNESSEE. MOST OF THE STRONGER
STORMS WERE LOCATED NEAR AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40 IN WESTERN AND
CENTRAL MIDDLE TENNESSEE. LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING GUSTY WINDS AND
FREQUENT LIGHTNING WILL ACCOMPANY THESE STORMS. STORM MOVEMENT IS
EAST AROUND 15 MILES AN HOUR. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE
IN STRENGTH THROUGH 8 PM. RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL RATES OVER TWO
INCHES PER HOUR OCCURRING. THIS WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON
ROADWAYS AND VISIBILITIES DROPPING TO NEAR ZERO MAKING FOR VERY
HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITION.
