...STRONG THUNDERSTORM MOVING INTO PUTNAM AND DEKALB
COUNTIES...
AT 500 PM...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER WILSON AND SMITH COUNTIES WERE
MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST AROUND 10 MPH. THE STORMS WERE WEAKENING
AND ARE EXPECTED TO DIMINISH BELOW SEVERE LEVELS BY THE TIME THEY
REACH PUTNAM AND DEKALB COUNTIES. HOWEVER...HEAVY RAINS...FREQUENT
LIGHTNING...AND WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE AS THESE
STORMS REACH THE AREA. LOCATIONS IN THE PATH OF THE STORMS INCLUDE
BAXTER...ALEXANDRIA AND LIBERTY.
SEEK SHELTER WHEN THESE STORMS APPROACH YOUR AREA.
