THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE.
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON
INTO THE EARLY EVENING, AND WILL BE MOST PREVALENT ALONG THE
CUMBERLAND PLATEAU. STORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND FREQUENT
LIGHTNING. A HANDFUL OF STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE, WITH DAMAGING
STRAIGHT LINE WINDS THE MAIN THREAT.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...
THE PROBABILITY OF CONVECTION DROPS OFF CONSIDERABLY AFTER TUESDAY,
WHEN SCATTERED STORMS WILL ONCE AGAIN BE POSSIBLE. ALTHOUGH
WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED, A SEVERE STORM OR TWO MAY
POP UP TUESDAY, PRIMARILY DURING THE HEATING OF THE AFTERNOON AND
EARLY EVENING.

BECAUSE OF THE ISOLATED NATURE OF ANY SEVERE STORMS THAT DEVELOP,
SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED.
