TROPICAL STORM IVAN WILL MOVE NORTHEAST FROM CENTRAL ALABAMA INTO
THE SOUTHERN TENNESSEE VALLEY TONIGHT. WINDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS
SOUTH MIDDLE TENNESSEE THIS EVENING...AND IN THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU
AFTER MIDNIGHT. WIND SPEEDS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 30 TO 40 MPH
WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
RAINFALL OF THREE TO FIVE INCHES IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE REGION
TONIGHT. HIGH GROUND MOISTURE WILL WILL MAKE TREES MORE SUSCEPTIBLE
TO FALLING. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT TO THE DANGER OF THESE WINDS...
