RECEIVE SEVERE WEATHER FROM THE REMNANTS TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
WEDNESDAY. ISOLATED WEAK TORNADOES ARE ALWAYS A POSSIBILITY IN
WEAKENING TROPICAL SYSTEMS BUT FLASH AND RIVER FLOODING IS THE
