AT 830 AM...SCATTERED RAIN SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WERE
MOVING EAST ACROSS WESTERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE. THE STRONGEST STORM WAS
LOCATED NEAR THE I-40 AND TENNESSEE RIVER INTERSECTION WHERE ALONG
WITH FREQUENT LIGHT, RAINFALL RATES WERE ESTIMATED BY RADAR TO BE
NEARLY 2 INCHES PER HOUR. ANOTHER STORM WAS MOVING INTO
WESTERN DICKSON COUNTY. THROUGH 10 AM...EXPECT SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WITH BRIEF HEAVY RAIN, MAINLY WEST OF I-65. LOCATIONS
AFFECTED WILL INCLUDE CLARKSVILLE, WAVERLY, DICKSON, AND LOBELVILLE.
