SHOAL CREEK NEAR IRON CITY...
* FLOOD STAGE: 14.0 FEET.
* LATEST STAGE: 19.0 FEET AND FALLING AT 8 PM TUESDAY.
* RIVER FORECAST: FORECAST TO FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE OF 14.0 FT AFTER
MIDNIGHT TOMORROW 10.0 FT EARLY TOMORROW THEN FORECAST TO RECEDE TO NEAR 3.5 FT
SUNDAY EARLY AFTERNOON.
* FLOOD CATEGORY: THESE LEVELS WILL PRODUCE MINOR FLOODING.
* RIVER CRESTED: 22.1 AT LATE THIS AFTERNOON.
THIS CREST COMPARES TO A PREVIOUS CREST OF 19.2 FEET WHICH OCCURRED FEB 5 2004.

* LATEST STAGE: 15.7 FEET AND FALLING AT 6 PM TUESDAY.
* RIVER FORECAST: FORECAST TO FLUCTUATE NEAR 16.0 FT THRU AFTER MIDNIGHT
TOMORROW THEN FORECAST TO FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE OF 15.0 FT AFTER MIDNIGHT
TOMORROW 12.0 FT TOMORROW MORNING THEN FORECAST TO RECEDE TO NEAR 1.5 FT
SATURDAY EARLY AFTERNOON THEN FORECAST TO FLUCTUATE NEAR 1.5 FT THRU SUNDAY
MORNING.
* FLOOD CATEGORY: THESE LEVELS WILL PRODUCE MINOR FLOODING.
* RIVER CRESTED: 20.1 AT LATE THIS MORNING.
AT THESE LEVELS...THE RIVER OVERFLOWS THE LEFT BANK AND FLOODS BOTTOMLAND ALONG
THE RIVER. SEVERAL SECONDARY ROADS NEAR THE RIVER ARE CUT OFF. MOSTLY
AGRICULTURAL BOTTOMLAND IS AFFECTED.. THIS CREST COMPARES TO A PREVIOUS CREST OF
16.4 FEET WHICH OCCURRED MAR 19 2002.
PERSONS LIVING ALONG THE RIVER AND THOSE WITH RIVER INTERESTS SHOULD CONTINUE TO
MONITOR WATER LEVELS. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
